Royal mansion is best located within a 10 minute drive to the bhuntar kullu airport, and is besides the beas river with lovely views of the mountains, river and the clouds wafting through. I was surprised by the excellent quality of food as well as service. The cleanliness and amenities are no less than a decent star hotel, given its a small property with a limited but extremely well appointed rooms. Very hood and fresh mattress, pillows and bedding. Crisp towels and hot shower. The staff at the restaurant and at the front desk go out of their way to accommodate requests and provide smooth service. No complaints whatsoever. The hotel provides porters to bring luggage as well as load it into one’s vehicle.

Location was very good just adjacent to Beas river.Room service also fine.But they charged for the cookies and chips kept in the room after one of their staff told us that they were complimentary.Food quality was good though the absence of buffet even in breakfast was surprising.
